How does this vacuum perform on carpet?

The 2-in-1 roller brush is suitable for floors and most carpets. However, it is not suitable for carpets with a pile of more than 3 centimeters. We have sourced short pile rollers that work well on carpets. Please purchase extra if required.

How long does this vacuum cleaner’s battery last on a full charge?

When the battery is fully charged, it will operate for 18 minutes at maximum suction power and 55 minutes at minimum suction power. Duration varies depending on the suction power selected. Make sure the battery is fully charged each time you use it.

Why is the vacuum cleaner not charging?

Please be sure to use the original Laresar charger (31V=0.5A), other chargers will cause charging failure. Please charge the battery in time when there is a low battery alert to avoid triggering the battery low battery protection and unable to charge
